Employee engagement in a large and complex organisation can be challenging, especially when you are calling staff to action by a set deadline. Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust asked us to produce a range of visual assets for two of its internal campaigns that would be instantly recognisable across all its communications channels.
The first dealt with the forthcoming deadline for hospital staff to receive their COVID vaccination and the second promoted its mandatory and statutory training (MaST) programme. Through motivational content and stand-out design that featured its own staff, we were able to drive awareness of both campaigns that could quite easily have got lost among other internal messaging.
