A rewarding experience with Loyalty Lion

Loyalty Pages

Loyalty Lion is a platform that allows Shopify clients to offer membership perks for customers that buy products on their sites. This includes discounts, free products, free shipping, and birthday rewards. Loyalty Lion wanted to find a way of allowing customers to brand their reward pages while offering a fast on boarding process. Currently we are given the standard Loyalty Page, and a spreadsheet of changes the client wants. We then add in a custom html header and a “How it Works” section. We style up the page to match the clients brand guidelines giving them a page that looks good and with minimum fuss.

Klaviyo Emails

A lot of the Loyalty Lion clients use Klaviyo as their email partner. These clients often want automated emails to go out to customers informing them of the various perks of their membership to incentivise the customers to continue engaging with the site. We currently set up the segments and flows for the Loyalty Lion partners so that the client has all these available for them to customise and modify as they see fit. Emails include but aren’t limited to: Post Purchase (reminding the customer that they’ve unlocked points and should sign up; Reward Reminders, telling the customer they’ve unlocked a new reward; Tier Reminders, informing the customer that they’ve reached a new tier with additional perks; Birthday Emails, wishing the customer a happy birthday and granting them some additional points.
