‘Fly’ Catching advertising idea!

The world of advertising with animals took a step in a totally bizarre direction late last year.

Eichborn, a freethinking German company, took the extraordinary measure of attaching tiny banner adverts to flies at a Frankfurt tradeshow, and then unleashing the swarm on the public!

Wired has a bit more on the stunt for those interested.

So this got us pondering how we could harness the natural world more effectively to advertise our clients, and we’ve had the following idea:

easyJet - Coral a few thousand run-of-the-mill city pigeons and spray paint the blighters bright orange! You could even try catching and spraying all of the city of  Luton’s pigeons (easyjet HQ is in Luton airport)  for a unparalleled PR coup! Obviously you’d use wash out paint…
